Please be assured that we make every effort to keep you satisfied with our product. Each order is produced specially for you. If the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days after the order has been delivered. Returned items will be accepted if they are original, undamaged and complete.
Know that we are determined to doing what's best for you.
We do not send any product, before check it carefully and be sure about its quality. We produce our wallpapers according to your wishes in custom dimensions for your walls. Because of every wallpaper we produce, is custom and unique to you, we cannot accept a refund due to a change of plan or after it has been implemented (since we cannot use it again). However, if there is a problem with the product you received, you can contact our friendly team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have identified the problem, we can immediately send you a new wallpaper, reproduce the product, or return your money to the bank account you specify within 30 business days. Please note that in order to offer you a new wallpaper, you must report the problem within 30 days of purchase.
Things to know about product returns:
Unfortunately, you cannot use your right of withdrawal, in the products we make CUSTOMIZED for you, produced according to your special requests and demands, by using your measures.
But if there is a manufacturing defect in the products, if there is a measurement that is different from your requested or if there is a different product from the product you have ordered, we will evaluate your return request as quickly as possible.
In the event of any damage caused by the cargo, do not receive the package and unpack it in front of the cargo company official. Keep a record of damage assessment with the cargo company officer. We may resend your order or refund your order as soon as possible without any additional charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your request for a return due to Damaged Shipment after the cargo company officer leaves.
If you have at least one of the above criteria, you must submit your request for return and exchange at the contact section on email@example.com. Repayments or reproduction of approved requests are made within 1-7 business days.
There may be a difference between the colors displayed on the computer screen and the actual colors (as the screen settings of each user's computer may vary). Differences resulting from this are not considered as technical failures.
Please take care when applying your wallpaper because we cannot take responsibility for application errors.
